So I present to you my first lot upload, The Walternate Cafe. For those of you who may be familiar with the tv series Fringe, I was inspired to make a milk bar/ cafe type lot. It is free of CC and almost entirely made of base game items.

The in-game blurb: A contemporary cafe with old fashioned good service and great treats. Boasting a modest internet lounge, the Walternate also has a delicious menu and claims to have the most divine strawberry milkshakes, which is said to be due to their secret ingredient known only as 'Gene'. There is also an extensive range of sweets, including 15 different varieties of red vine liquorice.

Lot Size: 20x15
Lot Type: Hangout
Known Issues: When you first go to the lot the wall speaker seems to not start, this is easily fixed by clicking on it, disabling and then re-enabling it.
WA food register included, LN wall speaker, LN spiral staircase included and one painting from another expansion (I forget), the lot should still function without these, you can insert your own staircase and/or a bar.
The lot has an empty 2 storey flat above it, which can be used to expand the hangout or you could change the lot type and turn this into a house, completely up to you!

Queenie just wants to be loved, she just can't work out why she can never make friends or meet anyone special. Every time she tries, things go horribly wrong and she just gets so frustrated. Her incredibly high standards and stuck up nature put so many people off most of them never bother getting to know the real Queenie, who has a heart of gold underneath the rude harsh exterior, they are too freaked out from the first meeting they never come back. Used to a life of luxury, she is the Queen of her world, but she needs to find a balance or she will never be happy.

This is Sin, but that isn't the name he was born with, nobody actually knows what his real name is, and nobody ever will if Sin has anything to do with it. He's cool, suave, street wise and a bit of a ladies man. Make that a LOT of a ladies man, Sin is at his most content when surrounded by women, and of course they flock to him, that cheeky look he gets in his eye, his dashing smile, not to mention how much of a bad boy they think he is with his tattoos. He's been in quite a few scraps in his time with a mighty sharp temper, but he will never back down from something he believes in, or a beautiful lady ;)

My first ever sim upload! I want you all to meet Astrid, I made her for a challenge at GoS for a challenge involving word prompts.The prompt that helped create Astrid was 'Astrolatry'.

'Astrolatry refers to the worship of stars and other heavenly bodies as deities, or the association of deities with heavenly bodies. The most common instances of this are sun gods and moon gods.'

Astrid is a 'Pants on Head' special kinda girl. Born to members of a drug addled hippie commune who worship the cosmos, the day of her birth the stars were aligned 'just so' and thus the entire commune believe Astrid to be a living Sun Goddess. Astrid knows no better and due to her bizarre coming to be there are a few vital elements missing, so she is quite childish, a child in a grown body, but she has a good heart and is most at home when in her garden. An avid Eco Warrior and a little quirky, other sims don't always know how to take Astrid, but she always sees the beauty in everything she encounters and with a love of her yellow gumboots (the only footwear she will put on), life with Astrid is always interesting.

These mods will make sure the sim displays correctly, the facial sliders are most important. You don't HAVE to have them, but you might end up with a smooshy faced sim
